DMG has been very lucky to maintain long relationships with many cornerstone labels, artists, and various companies within the music and entertainment industries.
For sample clearances, we work regularly with labels Def Jam, Republic, Interscope, RCA, and 300 Entertainment. We have cleared for artist such as Kendrick Lamar, Mary J Blige, Eminem, Nicki Minaj, DJ Khalid, Megan Thee Stallion, Jay Z, Ari Lennox, Talib Kweli, Teyana Taylor, and Run The Jewels.
On the sync side, we have cleared everything from film uses to video games to Broadway plays (looking at you Hamilton). Our list of accomplished sync clearances include O Brother, Where Art Thou?, School of Rock, the Grand Theft Auto series, and the award-winning documentary, The Defiant Ones.

IDK
IDK came to DMG in 2017 to clear a handful of samples for his record IWASVERYBAD. Rachel took the lead and has been IDK’s sample go-to person ever since, clearing the samples on all 3 of his major label releases. Our favorite clearances include Eve’s “Tambourine” which is interpolated in “Dog Love Kitty” and “Michael What TF” which interpolates “Bust Your Windows” by Jazmine Sullivan and samples “Points” by James Blake.
