RESEARCH ONLY - $150 per song

SAMPLES CLIP CLEARANCES - $975 Per Stage

This will include likeness and master consent i.e. YouTube, Film or TV Clips for Sampling

 

RUSH SERVICES FOR STAGE 1 - $750 for publishing, $750 for master

CLEARING A SAMPLE AFTER RELEASE

If you have already released your song prior to clearing the sample DMG charges an increased service fee: $550 for publishing, $550 for master for stage 1

PROJECTS ALREADY IN PROGRESS

If you have already begun the clearance process by reaching out or contacting the sampled artist, writer, copyright holder, artist or writer management, etc., our stage 1 fee to step in and continue the clearance will be $600 per side, per song

SAMPLE CLAIMS

If you have released a song with a sample and have received a claim for the infringed copyright our fees are as follows: $1,500 per song, per stage

RELEASE BEFORE FORMAL APPROVAL

If you are working with DMG to clear a sample but release the song before we have formal approval, you will be charged an additional $200 per side

REACTIVATION FEE

If you are working with DMG to clear a sample, there will be a $350 reactivation fee per side after 12 months of inactivity from the client

PHONE OR ZOOM LISTENING SESSIONS FEE

If you require DMG staff to participate in listening sessions for approval, we will apply a fee per day of calls. The fee for the first day of calls is $1,500 and then an additional $500 will be added to that baseline fee for each additional day of calls required. For example, if you require DMG staff to participate in 3 days of listening sessions, your total fee will be $2,500.​​​​
